Of course, we all want to be successful in life. We all want
to be able to live our dream life away from all the struggles
and constant worrying about our day-to-day problems.
We all have different definitions of success, but for most
people, success can mean that you want to live a happy,
wealthy, contented and overall better life than the one you
are currently living in, especially if it is far from the life
you expected.
Now is the time to embrace success and contribute to influence
others, so that the people that are surrounding can succeed,
so to impact even more, your own success and, most of all,
positively inspire all around you.
If you are not there yet, or you would like to be there and
you feel within yourself that you will succeed by putting in
the necessary effort to achieve your goals, now is the time to
inform yourself, so success can happen in your life.
Whatever good you attract or offer in your life, if you focus
and work hard at it, just know that it has a good chance of
coming true.
Now however you define success, be it financial, spiritual,
physical, mental, emotional, philanthropic, community or
family, the most important thing you need to know about
success to be successful is that success matters, and you are
solely responsible for it.
Most will agree regardless of culture, race, religion,
economic or social background that success is important and
vital to the well-being of the individual, family unit,
workplace, and social environment. And, certainly, for the
survival of these elements in the future.
Understand that those who downplay the importance of success
are usually confused or have given up on their own chances for
success.
Success brings confidence, security, a sense of well-being,
the ability to contribute hope, and leadership at a higher
level.
Without success, you, your environment, your goals, your
dreams, and even entire civilizations may be in jeopardy.
Just think that without continued success, entire races ceased
to exist, as was the case with the Vikings, Romans, Greeks,
Native Americans and then an endless list of businesses and
products.
Success is important in the sense that it is necessary to
continue to subsist and thus ensure its survival!
If you are unable to take care of your children, they will be
looked after by the state. For an individual or a group to
continue, they must actively achieve their goals and targets,
otherwise they will cease to exist.
For a company or an industry to continue, it must be
successful in creating new products, bringing them to market,
satisfying customers, employees, and investors, and repeating
this cycle over and over.
Regardless of the goals you are trying to achieve, success is
important. Stop succeeding and you will stop winning. Stop
winning long enough and you will give up!
Success is not only important, it is vital. It should never be
reduced to anything less than necessary for life.
I wrote

because I have great excitement seeing people from all walks
of life experience success.
I wanted to help people like you discover their potential, so
they can help themselves grow in life and help those around
them.
My Success is Your Success
lets you take the ideas from the book and apply them to your
personal development.
This will enable you to become a more effective, efficient,
and authentic person, a person who can grow and change from
within to achieve a better future.
Becoming a genuine person requires hard work!
To become great at any endeavor, whether in your career,
family, or community, you must use the unique strengths you
were born with and develop them to the fullest, while
recognizing and learning from your shortcomings.
Above all, remember that in most cases, individuals must work
hard to shape their future.
They endure disappointing defeats and rejections and search
for many years to find the right place to thrive.
Each of them is required to take the journey to their own
soul, discover who they are, where their true passions lie,
and how they can become more effective in shaping their
future.
Personally, I didn't have a distinct reference text like this
book to help me when I was young, so I built my evolution plan
as I went along, with the help of my father, employers, close
friends, my wife, my son, and mentors throughout my journey.
After many years of looking for role models, I learned that I
could never truly become myself by trying to emulate someone
else or minimize my flaws.
If you aim to look like someone else, you'll just be an
impersonator, because ultimately, you'll think that's what the
people around you want you to do.
You will never be a real person with that kind of thinking.
However, you could be a real person, following your passions.
Many self-help books offer a quick fix or provide the reader
with, say, seven or easy steps to follow and you're done.
Unfortunately, the development and evolution of a person does
not usually happen this way, and one rarely becomes a
fulfilled person simply by reading a book. Much more is
needed!
To realize your potential in life, you need a detailed
development plan that will allow you to shape your future.
This is the goal of
My Success Is Your Success
which will help you to develop a clear and detailed plan for
your personal growth, your success, and your happiness in
life.
I encourage you to have as many experiences early in life as
possible.
Do not sit around waiting for these experiences to come to
you. Look for them!
Then, after each experience, you should compare it to your
evolutionary plan to see what changes you need to make or
determine what future experiences you should explore.
Remember the fundamentals in this book because they will help
you change your future.
You will have to discover your authentic self as soon as
possible.
You will have to remember that you don't have to be born with
certain characteristics to be able to shape your future.
You won't have to wait for someone to tap you on the shoulder
to get started.
You won't have to wait until you're at the top of an
organization to get started, and most importantly, you'll have
to remember that you're never too young or too old to grow to
change your future.
I encourage you to be completely open and transparent with
yourself as you answer the difficult and challenging questions
you will ask yourself about where you think you should be in
the future.
You must explore your life story in depth to understand who
you are as a human being, where you fit into this world, how
you can positively impact the world, and how you can leave a
lasting legacy.
I hope you and many others can transform businesses,
institutions, governments, society and revalue education and
religion, bringing authenticity and encouraging others to do
the same.
At
this point, it is important to keep in mind that changing your
life for a better destiny is solely up to you!
